Which got me thinking...
Not only could posting the pics of wet t-shirt offenders (I know, I know...it's not a law) be helpful to the community in terms of curbing such offensive behavior, but it might also serve as an excellent revenue stream for the city with a little, how shall we say, appropriately placed commercial messaging.
Think about it, Mr. Mayor. Have your people call mine. We'll do lunch.

My thoughts on Mulligans:
It's skanky. It's an icky bar. Period. I've heard a couple of bands there, and my wife and I went there once. It was just kind of gross.
Lots of better bars in town.
If you have to use drunk moistened coeds to draw traffic to your bar, well, I guess that says it all, doesn't it?
Nice. It looks like these two chicks are getting ready to kiss.
